About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Development Sales Manager / New Homes Sales Advisor / Sales Executive to join a prestigious and well-established 5-star housebuilder on a thriving development in the North East.

As a key part of the sales team, youll be the face of the developmentsupporting buyers from initial enquiry through to completion, while hitting targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the lead Development Sales Manager / New Homes Sales Advisor / Sales Executive on-site, driving all sales activity

Guide customers through the full new homes journey, from first viewing to key handover

Achieve individual and site sales targets

Coordinate with legal teams, site management, and head office to progress completions smoothly

Maintain CRM systems and accurate paperwork for every stage of the sales cycle
