What You Can Expect

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets for the assigned territory (Central London) and representing the company professionally. You will work to meet regional sales goals and increase company turnover, maintaining and growing profitability according to company pricing policies.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Sell the company's products exclusively as directed by management strategies
  • Develop close relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and allied personnel in the territory
  • Provide or arrange training in the use of Zimmer products, without assisting in surgical procedures or patient interventions
  • Follow up on leads or visits promptly as directed by the Sales Manager
  • Adhere to divisional sales strategies under the guidance of the Sales Manager
  • Acquire necessary knowledge of Zimmer and competitive products
  • Attend sales meetings, exhibitions, and staff training as required
  • Follow divisional pricing policies
  • Care for samples and instrumentation properly
  • Participate in stock checks of instrumentation and stocks as needed
  • Report weekly / monthly on performance, activities, and market insights
  • Keep hospital record cards updated and accessible
  • Provide forecasts and market research data as required
  • Allocate resources to cover orthopaedic hospitals regularly

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience in selling within the Medical Devices sector
  • Understanding of medical language and anatomy for surgeon interaction
  • Knowledge of the divisional product portfolio
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Minimum college education, preferably with a business degree
  • Knowledge of the territory, hospitals, and personnel
  • Your Background

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with sound business acumen
  • Strong presentation, relationship, and communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to travel within the territory and region, including occasional international travel
  • Valid driving license
