  • Manage external PR agencies to ensure consistent messaging and successful execution of communication campaigns.
  • Create compelling and high-quality written content, including press releases, articles, interview responses etc that effectively convey the company's message.
  • Monitor and analyse media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in communication efforts across all channels.
  • Liaise with InPost Group Communications team and across markets, when needed, to ensure alignment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and manage crisis communication efforts as needed.
  • Develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust plans accordingly to optimise results.
  • Own reporting on coverage and communication of that coverage with Marketing leadership and SLT.

What we need from you :

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a communications manager role
  • Extensive network of journalist contacts in trade and business publications, consumer publications or both.
  • Demonstrated experience in agency management or ideally, experience working within an agency setting.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative communication strategies.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a keen attention to detail
  • We’re looking for people who are ready for a fast paced environment, get their kicks out of problem solving and can balance getting today's stuff done, whilst building for the future.
