Semi Skilled Butcher - Winsford

As a Manufacturing Key Operative - Semi Skilled Butcher at one of our manufacturing sites, your responsibilities will include slicing and trimming meat to specified standards in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring the delivery of quality, food-safe products for our customers. This involves trimming meat from the bone, preparing primal cuts, and slicing steaks, chops, and joints from three species.

You will ensure that products are butchered according to training and strive to become an expert, sharing your knowledge with the team and supporting colleagues. You will work flexibly to support all areas of the business and adhere to company policies on health and safety, security, hygiene, and cleaning.
