HR Business Partner
Location : Hybrid – with travel to Glenrothes & other UK sites
Contract : Full-time, Permanent (36.75)

We’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-focused HR Business Partner to join our team and work closely with operational leaders across our business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and enjoys building trusted relationships to deliver practical, commercial HR support.
What you’ll be doing :
- Lead and manage a wide range of complex employee relations cases – disciplinary, grievance, capability, sickness absence, and performance
- Act as a trusted advisor, coaching managers to handle ER issues confidently and compliantly
- Support organisational change projects including restructures and TUPE
- Partner with hiring managers through end-to-end recruitment processes
- Provide payroll admin support including holiday cover and accurate submissions
- Drive initiatives across performance, wellbeing, engagement, and people data insights
What we’re looking for :
Proven experience in a generalist HR role with strong ER case managementSound knowledge of UK employment law and confident decision-makingStrong interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skillsExperience with payroll processes (desirable)CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towardsExperience in a manufacturing, logistics, or multi-site environment is a plusWhy join us?
