Salary Range : £47,200 - £59,000 per annum DOE + benefits

Location : UK Hybrid – Occasional travel to local hubs in Glasgow, Gosforth, Leeds, London

The Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) team within Financial Control supports embedding a strong risk management culture and overseeing the first line of defence in responsibilities. This is a great time to join as we develop risk and control capabilities further.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting teams across Finance to ensure the financial reporting control framework is appropriate, documented, and assessed to standards.
• Developing and delivering a robust testing framework to ensure management focuses on achieving standards, identifying control improvements, monitoring responses, and ensuring actions are taken.
• Planning and performing testing of reporting controls, documenting processes, identifying key controls, and enabling reperformance as needed.
• Ensuring assurance and review activities are captured according to the team’s methodology.
• Delivering assurance coverage to professional standards, demonstrating accountability for quality.
