We work with some of the best small suppliers, allowing us to buy high-quality produce that reflects the seasons and makes the most of every ingredient. We have developed relationships with independent suppliers to create "farm to plate" dining in all our venues. Our teams are passionate about our produce and are educated to share our suppliers' stories and the provenance behind every dish.

The Princes Royal is a restaurant in Notting Hill specializing in simple Mediterranean cuisine. We are looking for experienced CDPs interested in joining a company focused on fresh produce and developing their skills.
