Contracts Manager / Senior Project Manager

Super Prime Residential

London

90,000 – £120,000 + Package & Bonus

A well-established and highly respected Super Prime Residential contractor is looking for a Contracts Manager (or Senior PM ready to step up) to work directly alongside the Construction Director - helping to drive operational excellence across a series of exceptional private projects in London.

The Projects

  • Running up to 7 live projects at once - all high end refurbishments and the occasional new build.
  • Project values between £3m – £8m.
  • Full spectrum of Super Prime delivery : from basement digs to bespoke interior finishes, all for UHNWI clients.

The Role

  • Oversee site teams and project managers to ensure delivery is on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Be the bridge between site and board - reporting directly to the Construction Director.
  • Heavy involvement in client communication, programme management, and team leadership.
  • A mix of office, site visits, and on-the-move project oversight (London-based).

    • What You’ll Need

  • Experience running multiple high-value, luxury resi projects (ideally within the London Super Prime market).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A commercial mindset with hands-on site knowledge.
  • Happy to travel between sites across London.
