Job Description
We are pleased to be working closely with a well known independent Insurance Broker, who are now looking to expand there Corporate Team and are looking for a Corporate Account Handler to join their team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their individual needs and offering insurance solutions that are right for them.
- Policy Handling : Oversee all aspects of insurance policies, such as renewals, updates, claims, and general questions. Work with senior team members or insurance providers when more complex issues arise.
- Insurance Quotes : Research and provide clients with competitive insurance quotes that meet their coverage needs.
- Customer Support : Address client questions and resolve concerns quickly and effectively, using phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Record Keeping : Keep all client information and policy documents accurate and up to date.
- Claims Support : Help clients navigate the claims process by coordinating with insurers and other involved parties.
About You :
Experience : Minimum of 12 months commercial insurance experience
