But there’s more. We’re growing – fast. And with growth comes opportunity. Our people-first approach means internal promotions are on the rise, and we’re now looking for an enthusiastic HR / People Administrator to help us continue that journey on a Fixed Terms Contract (15 months).

The Role

Reporting to the People Business Partner, you’ll be a key player in our People Team, supporting employees across our two buzzing offices in Bishop’s Stortford and Shepherd’s Bush.

You’ll be the go-to for :

• Preparing offer letters, contracts, and references
• Organising induction processes and managing onboarding / offboarding (including via Bob)
• Supporting with probation, T&Cs changes, exit interviews, and basic ER cases
• Being a liaison for IT access for starters / leavers
• Keeping HR systems and files (especially Bob) tidy and up-to-date
• Assisting with recruitment coordination, mainly for our factory team
• Generating useful HR KPIs and reports
• Being a friendly and reliable first point of contact for HR queries
