Job description
Job Responsibilities :
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and management team to strengthen and maintain the hotel’s brand identity across all channels.
Assist in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to drive room, F&B, and events revenue.
Manage the hotel’s digital presence, including website content updates, search engine optimization (SEO), content creation, social media engagement, online advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
Build partnerships with local businesses, corporate clients, and tourism boards to enhance the hotel’s visibility and reach.
Maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and bloggers to generate positive media coverage.
Prepare press releases, coordinate media visits, and support PR activities to highlight hotel initiatives and offerings.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, digital assets, and promotional collaterals in line with brand standards.
Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and new marketing opportunities.
Support the organization of internal and external marketing events, promotions, and campaigns to increase guest engagement and brand awareness.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance data to optimize campaigns and report on key metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and guest experience.
Qualifications and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
Solid understanding of branding, marketing principles, and digital marketing strategies.
Strong copywriting skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, website CMS, and web analytics.
Creative, innovative, and able to conceptualize engaging campaigns targeting key market segments.
Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
Basic design skills and experience with photography / videography would be advantageous.
Familiarity with hotel systems and CRM tools is a plus.
