This role
As our Sales Operations Manager, UK, you’ll report to the GM of Revenue Operations and lead our UK sales operations team to drive forecasting, sales process design, analytics, and GTM performance optimisation. You’ll be a trusted advisor to senior commercial leaders and play a vital role in supporting our continued scale-up — helping us accelerate towards our BHAG.
Your key focus areas will be :
Building and leading a high-performing sales operations teamOwning sales analytics, forecasting, and pipeline managementDriving process improvement and system optimisation across the UK GTM enginePartnering cross-functionally to enable scalable growthThis will include :
Serving as a strategic partner to sales leaders and regional MDs to improve sales effectivenessDefining and delivering the UK sales operations roadmapOwning analytics and reporting across the entire sales funnel (volume, velocity, conversion)Leading pipeline management and forecasting best practicesPartnering with Commercial Insights and Data teams to deliver actionable dashboardsManaging and mentoring a team of sales ops analysts, coaching and closing talent gapsOverseeing agile sales project delivery and continuous process optimisationWho you are

6+ years of experience in Sales / Revenue Operations, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment2+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing analyst teamsExperience leading sales ops across multiple product, channel and segment portfoliosStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent business judgmentDeep expertise in Salesforce and, preferably, sales tech stacks (e.g. Outreach, Gong)Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skillsExperience with SaaS go-to-market strategies and operating modelsA proactive mindset, with a bias for action and resultsWhat we can offer
