GC Prints Workwear Solutions is a premier wholesale embroidery supplier for workwear and uniforms in North West, UK. Our skilled team of embroidery experts at our cutting-edge facility in Bolton ensures every order meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and professionalism.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role located in Bolton at GC Prints Workwear Solutions. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves conducting sales presentations and negotiating contracts with clients.

Qualifications

  • Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
  • Prospecting, Lead Generation, and Closing skills
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Experience in the workwear industry or B2B sales is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across relevant industries (e.g. construction, security, schools, trades, SMEs).
  • Manage and convert inbound leads provided by the business.
  • Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to target sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and account management.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide market feedback to improve products, services, and pricing strategy.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure seamless order fulfilment.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales , preferably in apparel, branding, promotional products, or similar industries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and lead effectively.
  • A professional, confident, and results-driven mindset.
  • Full UK work rights.
  • Experience with embroidery / printing / custom apparel businesses.
  • Knowledge of the branding, merchandise, or corporate clothing industry.
  • Driving licence and access to transport (for occasional client visits, if applicable)
