Manufacturing Operative

Are you a reliable and well-mannered individual looking for a stable role in a supportive, family-run company?

We're a growing manufacturing business looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Operative to join our team.

As a Manufacturing Operative, you'll be an integral part of our production process, primarily working with cutting machines. We're also excited to be embarking on a new project involving plastics, offering you the chance to expand your skills and contribute to innovative developments.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. If you're looking for a long-term opportunity within a close-knit and friendly environment, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating and monitoring cutting machines to produce components according to specifications.
  • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of manufactured products.
  • Assisting with the setup and calibration of machinery.
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
  • Contributing to the successful implementation of new projects, particularly those involving plastics.

What We're Looking For

  • Reliability : You're punctual, dependable, and committed to your work.
  • Good Manners : You're respectful, a team player, and communicate effectively.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
