Senior Project Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-value engineering projects from concept through to delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of the project lifecycle, drive impactful outcomes in a regulated industry, while shaping the future of our client’s project delivery strategy. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that all objectives are clearly defined and delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Senior Project Manager Permanent £60,000- £65,000 Monday-Friday 2 days working from home a week Farnborough, Hampshire Senior Project Manager Job Description Managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and meets all quality standards Overseeing financial reporting and managing Estimate at Completion (EAC), ensuring monthly revenues align with targets Maintaining and managing detailed project schedules, and any changes in cost or timelines internally and to the customer Proactively identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies  Senior Project Manager Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications Hands-on experience overseeing project budgets, financial reporting, and revenue recognition within a corporate environment Proven experience managing end-to-end, customer-funded projects—from concept through to delivery The ability to influence, motivate, and drive positive change across teams and stakeholders Ideally from a background in engineering and manufacturing  Senior Project Manager Company Benefits 22 days’ holiday per year increasing to 27 days with service + bank holiday.
