We have a new temporary opportunity for a Repairs Administrator to support a Staffordshire-based company on a part-time basis, working 3 full days at their office in Stafford. This is a temporary role to cover maternity leave until the end of September. The Repairs Administrator will work within a busy team, taking phone calls, dealing with various administrative duties, and updating spreadsheets.
Job Description for the Repairs Administrator :
- Receive and process repair orders from clients to update the spreadsheet, supporting contract administration as needed
- Prepare daily variation orders and invoices in a standardised format for internal and external clients
- Manage incoming calls from clients, directing inquiries to the appropriate operative or team leader when necessary.
- Coordinate with operatives and contractors to schedule and progress repair orders, supporting the achievement of service targets.
- Resolve tenant and client queries related to outstanding or overdue repairs and appointment changes
- Prioritise reported repairs and generate work orders / schedules using the in-house systems
- Produce regular progress reports based on scheduled, in-progress, and completed work

Salary : £16,245.89 Per Annum / £14.07 Per Hour
