Employment Solicitor (2–5 PQE)

Location : Winchester

Salary : £58,000 – £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Firm : Reputable | Strong Local Presence | Well Established Client Base

An opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a long standing, respected team in Winchester. This role offers a balanced caseload across contentious and non contentious employment matters, with a focus on delivering practical, commercially sound advice to a long standing employer and employee client base.

The Role

You’ll handle a broad mix of advisory and litigation work, including :

Day-to-day HR / employment queries from SMEs and individuals

Drafting and reviewing contracts, handbooks, and policies

Tribunal work including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing claims

TUPE, restructures, and redundancies

Settlement agreements and senior exits

There’s scope to work autonomously with partner level support and develop client relationships over time.

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years’ PQE in employment law

Comfortable managing your own matters with minimal supervision

Strong interpersonal and drafting skills

Commercial mindset and team-orientated approach
