Must have :

  • At least 1 year of experience as a sales or business development manager in IT software outsourcing / service company;
  • Fluent verbal and written English (2nd foreign language is a plus);
  • Good knowledge of sales techniques and sales channels in IT;
  • Ability to understand client needs and technical problems, plan solutions and communicate them to technical staff and back to the client;
  • Initiative and proactive skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Validating cold leads, negotiating hot leads;
  • Discussing project details with client verbally and in writing;
  • Communicate with clients and delivery team.
