Materials Controller & Site Waste Management Coordinator

Materials Controller & Site Waste Management Coordinator required at Berwick. 6 - 12 months work Scope of works

• Control movement of materials from the yard into the building – both ground and first floors
• Set up a suitable plan to store different material types in distinct locations at both ground and first floor levels, (and stick to it)
• Arrange for the above materials to be distributed to various zones throughout the building in line with the previous days requests from the various supervisors (daily meeting requirements)
• Arrange materials out of the building ensuring suitable segregation is considered (for this to happen ne needs to have his own team of labourers who speak good English) and tie in with the tele-handler driver to remove into the skips
• Need to monitor the waste levels in the skips and determine when a replacement is required and advise accordingly
• Tie in with the site management to determine the major deliveries and coordinate the above around these times. We see this as a “ganger style” role for someone with a strong personality to force through the above on a daily / weekly basis...
