Multi-Skilled Building Maintenance Engineer – Mobile Essex £38,000 + Van & Fuel Card Monday to Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Industry-Leading FM Company We’re recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Building Maintenance Engineer to join an award-winning Facilities Management company. This is a mobile role, covering a portfolio of commercial sites, offering excellent support, stability, and career progression. The Package :

• 38,000 per annum
• Fully expensed company van + fuel card
• Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (no shifts / weekends)
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Pension & company benefits The Role : As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be responsible for :
• Reactive & planned maintenance across electrical, mechanical & fabric systems
• Fault finding and general repairs
• Compliance checks and reporting
• Working independently and managing your own workload efficiently Requirements :
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (essential)
• Proven experience in commercial maintenance
• Full UK driving licence
