Ortus Health is looking for a dedicated and experienced Remote Clinical Pharmacist to join our innovative healthcare team. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care and support to patients within a collaborative primary care model. • Conduct comprehensive medication reviews for patients, focusing on safety, efficacy, and adherence.
• Provide clinical advice on medication therapy management to both patients and healthcare providers.
