At SEND Inclusion Support, we’re looking for qualified teachers who want to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people across Tameside, Oldham, and surrounding areas. You’ll work outside the traditional classroom, delivering personalised 1 : 1 and small-group support in safe, nurturing environments like homes, libraries, and community hubs. Due to the nature of the role, access to a vehicle is highly advantageous. About Us We specialise in working with learners with SEND, SEMH, and EBSA — many of whom are out of school or finding it hard to thrive in mainstream settings. Our approach is flexible, trauma-informed, and rooted in building strong, trusting relationships that help students re-engage with learning at their own pace. What You’ll Do
