Start September 2025 £90 - £125 per day, depending on experience Monday - Friday 8.30am to 4pm Term time only Bath - BA2, easily accessible by public transportAbout the Secondary Teaching Assistant role Provide extra support to students who all have a diagnosis of Autism Working under the direction of teaching staff to deliver and adapt learning activities for pupils one to one or in small groups Supervise pupils during break periods Build positive relationships with students to promote their academic success and emotional well-being Encourage students to develop self-confidence, resilience, and independenceThe right candidate Maths and English GCSE (Grade A

• C / 9-4) or equivalent Extensive prior experience within an education establishment as a learning support assistant, teaching assistant, unqualified teacher etc Possess good behaviour management skills and remain calm under pressure.
