Role Summary

We are seeking a SeniorFront-End Developer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in building scalable, high-quality web applications using React, TypeScript,and Redux . You will play a critical role in designing and developingfront-end solutions within modern architecture, collaborating with productowners, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless and performantuser experiences across our platforms.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Redux with a focus on performance,scalability, and accessibility.
• Architect reusable, modular components andstate management strategies in alignment with our design systems andcoding standards.
• Collaborate closely with UX / UI designers totransform Figma prototypes into pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIsand GraphQL endpoints, ensuring robust data handling and error management.
• Participate in code reviews , provideconstructive feedback, and uphold high standards of code quality and testcoverage.
• Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications, ensuring optimal load times and responsiveness acrossdevices.
• Mentor and support junior developers within theteam, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to front-end build tooling and CI / CDpipelines , ensuring efficient developer workflows.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility (WCAG)standards across all interfaces.
• Proactively participate in sprint planning,estimation, and refinement sessions within an Agile Scrum or Kanbandelivery environment.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in front-enddevelopment, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement withinthe codebase and front-end architecture.
