The Role :

As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing new relationships and business by prospecting, maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, managing large fleet accounts, and driving sales growth across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and develop new fleet business opportunities

Prospecting via the phone and in person by speaking with key stakeholders

Manage existing fleet accounts and provide ongoing support

Create and present personalized vehicle solutions to meet client needs

Negotiate and close deals efficiently

Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Utilize computer skills to prepare proposals, presentations, and detailed fleet solutions

Keep updated of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments

Ideal Candidate :

Proven experience in fleet vehicle sales, preferably within a multi-franchise dealership (alternatively proven experience in a business development role)

Strong network within local business communities

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Highly computer literate, with the ability to create and deliver professional presentations and tailored solutions

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets

Able to problem solve

Take pride in maintaining a strong work ethic

Knowledge of vehicle finance, leasing, and fleet management solutions is a plus
