Job description

A really lovely family based in beautiful Hampstead is looking for an experienced and proactive House Manager / PA / Nanny to join their welcoming household. This is a fantastic blended role covering childcare, household management, PA support, and light housekeeping - perfect for someone who enjoys variety and working in a supportive environment.

Family Overview :

  • Children : B14 (at boarding school), G10, G7
  • The girls enjoy horse riding several times a week and have limited screen time (weekends only).
  • The family has a housekeeper (4 hours / day), an after-school nanny, and a chef - they have recently reduced their staff now that the children are older and are seeking someone who can confidently take on this mixed role.

Main Responsibilities :

Childcare

  • Provide care for the children when the after-school nanny is not on duty.
  • Morning routine, school drop-offs / pick-ups, coordinating activities and playdates.
  • Support with packing / unpacking for trips and boarding weekends.
  • Babysitting as needed.

    • House Management

  • Oversee the daily running of their large, newly renovated four-storey home.
  • Daily walk-through of the property to ensure everything is in order.
