Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Export Airfreight Operations Coordinator for a busy well-established Freight Forwarder based in the Staines-upon-Thames area.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Export Airfreight Operations Co-ordinator to join our team near Heathrow. The ideal candidate will have a background in time-critical logistics, including AOG and urgent shipments. You will be responsible for managing export airfreight shipments from start to finish, ensuring compliance, speed, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage export airfreight shipments from booking to final delivery
• Handle time-critical and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) shipments
• Communicate with airlines, ground handlers, overseas agents, and internal teams
• Prepare and process export documentation (AWBs, customs declarations, etc.)
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients
• Ensure compliance with HMRC, IATA, and international trade regulations
• Deliver high-quality customer service under pressure
• Support operational improvements and efficiency
• Participate in out-of-hours or on-call rotas as needed
