We are seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our established Bistrotheque kitchen team in our iconic East London warehouse venue. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a quality-driven environment serving up to 180 covers per service across our dinner service (Tuesday to Saturday) and popular weekend brunch.
Working alongside our Head Chef Kieran Hope, you'll be responsible for food preparation, service execution, and supporting our busy events programme. We pride ourselves on consistency and quality, and we're looking for someone who shares these values.
