Job Description :

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Stoke. You will be part of a dynamic team, hiring talent into customer-facing roles within Commercial Operations, directly impacting the customer experience.

What you’ll do :

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening to offer, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and the Employer Brand team.
  • Continuously assess and improve hiring quality to support business performance.
  • Provide coaching and support to Hiring Managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Engage in talent attraction initiatives, including employer branding and candidate experience projects.
  • Use various recruitment channels (phone, video, face-to-face) to build strong candidate connections.

Your superpowers :

  • Passionate about recruitment and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in candidate screening, assessment, and end-to-end recruitment.
  • Detail-oriented and efficient in handling recruitment operations.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable with change.
  • Experience in a recruitment or HR role is desirable but not essential.
