Job Description :

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Stoke. You will be part of a dynamic team, hiring talent into customer-facing roles within Commercial Operations, directly impacting the customer experience.

What you’ll do :

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening to offer, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Partner closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and the Employer Brand team.
Continuously assess and improve hiring quality to support business performance.
Provide coaching and support to Hiring Managers on recruitment best practices.
Engage in talent attraction initiatives, including employer branding and candidate experience projects.
Use various recruitment channels (phone, video, face-to-face) to build strong candidate connections.

Your superpowers :

Passionate about recruitment and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Experience in candidate screening, assessment, and end-to-end recruitment.

Detail-oriented and efficient in handling recruitment operations.

Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable with change.

Experience in a recruitment or HR role is desirable but not essential.
