We’re currently seeking a highly skilled Motorcycle Sales Advisor to join our elite sales team. Position Summary

As a Motorcycle Sales Advisor, you will be the expert consultant for both first-time buyers and experienced riders. You’ll guide customers through an exceptional sales journey—from needs analysis to post-sale follow-up—ensuring each client finds the perfect motorcycle and leaves with confidence and satisfaction.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, in-depth product expertise, and the ability to perform in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted motorcycle consultant, delivering expert guidance on all Harley-Davidson models in our inventory
  • Engage customers proactively on the showroom floor, online, and via phone to create a welcoming and consultative experience
  • Deliver tailored recommendations based on client preferences, lifestyle, and budget
  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations, including features, performance, safety, and customisation options
  • Manage the complete sales cycle : prospecting, negotiation, financing, closing, and delivery
  • Build lasting client relationships through follow-ups, service check-ins, and loyalty programs
  • Maintain deep knowledge of current inventory, new product launches, and industry trends
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction scores
  • Work closely with Finance & Insurance (F&I) and Service departments to deliver a seamless experience

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of high-performance sales experience , ideally in motorcycles, automotive, or luxury retail
  • Extensive motorcycle knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for the riding lifestyle
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment
  • Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Valid motorcycle license required
  • Professional appearance and a passion for delivering a world-class customer experience
