Manufacturing Team Leader – FMCG
Location : Cumbernauld
Salary : £54,472 (inclusive of shift allowance)
Shift Pattern : 3 on 3 off rotational, 07 : 00-19 : 00 / 19 : 00-07 : 00
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to join a fast-paced FMCG production team in Cumbernauld. You will lead and develop a multi-skilled team to deliver operational excellence, ensuring safety, quality, and performance targets are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, motivate, and coach production teams to meet output and safety targets
- Drive continuous improvement and performance against KPIs
- Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and housekeeping
- Conduct regular performance reviews and personal development plans
- Support new processes and equipment implementation
- Ensure all shift documentation meets compliance standards
