HSBC Asset Management (AM), the investment management business of the HSBC Group, serves HSBC's worldwide customer base of retail and private clients, intermediaries, corporates and institutions invested in both segregated accounts and pooled funds. HSBC Asset Management fulfils its purpose of connecting HSBC's clients with investment opportunities around the world through an international network of offices in approximately 30 countries, delivering global capabilities with local market insight.

We have an opportunity within HSBC Asset Management for a Global Consultant Relations Director.

Part of the Global Marketing and Client Experience team. The team focuses on understanding clients and the identification, development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that support and strengthen the HSBC Asset Management brand, support the drive for revenue and increase client satisfaction in order to meet agreed targets and objectives.

In this role you will :

• Developing and executing the strategic account plans for Global, Local and Alternative Specialist Investment Consultant firms in the UK to ensure alignment with consultant themes and manager search priorities and HSBC AM's investment offering
• Build strong relationships with consultants across Manager Research, Delegated and Field Consultants.
• Deliver against the agreed financial and performance objectives ( secure new ratings, AUM & revenue growth, client acquisition and retention).
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Investment teams, Investment Specialists across all asset class pillars (Equity, Fixed Ie, Multi-Asset, Alternative Investments & Liquidity) to drive engagement with investment consultants around HSBC's investment capabilities.
• Ensure that all Institutional business activity conforms to AM best practice standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain updated contact and activity records in CRM
