Job descriptionProven experience within a similar role, ideally within Planned works Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) CSCS Managers card Knowledge of Temporary Works Procedures Knowledge of IT Applications A HSE recognised First Aid at work qualification
Looking for an experienced Site Manager to manager leading maintenance contractor based in Welwyn on a Planned maintenance contract
Offering up to £55,000 + company vehicle and benefits
- Looking for someone who has a strong track record of delivering Planned maintenance schemes on time and within budget. Ideally Kitchens, Bathrooms and external works
- Strong Health and Safety knowledge, able to assist in programmes of work and manage operational delivery.
- Carry out Weekly Site Progress reports, assist with design solutions and ensure smooth processing of invoices to avoid delays
- Develop relations with clients and stakeholders and provide effective management subcontractors with health, safety and compliance in mind
