Our client is a high reputable, established property firm, specialising in residential property. They seek to add a further Residential Conveyancer to the team, as they see positive growth for the department again this year after their significant growth of recent years,

Working in all aspects of residential conveyancing work, including sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold work, you will need to be confident in dealing with your own caseload and working cohesively within a team, as well as being able to work with minimum supervision.

The firm offer a hybrid / remote working structure, depending on the capability of the successful applicant in terms of running own caseload.

About You :

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a prior conveyancing role, with a minimum of 2 years' at fee earner level
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a proven track record in meeting deadlines
• Ability to work using your own initiative
• Expert communicator and collaborator, with exceptional client care skills
