Pembrook Resourcing is seeking a Master Technician to join their client, a well-renowned dealership in the area.

As a Master Technician, you will focus on achieving high standards in customer service while ensuring safety and quality. Your responsibilities will include systematically completing complex fault diagnoses, monitoring the repair process, and conducting final checks. Supporting colleagues in the workshop, documenting diagnosis results, and informing about new technical innovations will also be key parts of your role.

Requirements :

• Qualified to Master Technician level
• Knowledge of modern diagnostic equipment
• Ability to work to the highest quality standards
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills
• Ability to set, review, and meet targets
• Coaching skills and effective communication
• Experience working to efficiency targets
• Time served or NVQ Level 3 qualification
• VAG Master Technician accreditation
