About the role :

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. In this vital role, you'll oversee everything from food preparation and safety standards to stock control, ordering, invoicing, and food cost management. You'll work closely with our talented culinary team to ensure every dish meets our high standards for quality and consistency, while also driving efficiency and maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen environment.
