We are currently recruiting for a Sales Support Manager for large commercial manufacturers to head up the internal account management & sales support department managing large project intake quotations & handling general trade queries, complaints, escalations, order processing, project intake, project management, logistical handling, freight tracking, stock management, & relationship oversight. They cater primarily to large retail chains and general construction trades, providing direct, reliable, and high-volume distribution solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of commercial and industrial clients. Description Key responsibilities consist of : Take full ownership of all portable enquiries, ensuring they are pre-qualified and effectively managed through the entire sales pipeline, in collaboration with relevant team members, until closure. Identify strategic opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions that best meet customer needs and add value. Lead targeted LinkedIn campaigns to promote product and service offerings, driving brand visibility and generating qualified leads.
