German & English Customer Service Administrator

Remote (Work from Anywhere in the EU / UK)

Up to €30,000 EUROS + benefits

12 MONTH Fixed Term Contract

Are you fluent (to business level) in German and English with a passion for beauty and skincare? Join a globally loved cosmetics brand as part of a friendly, remote team delivering standout customer experiences.

About the Role

In this fully remote position, you’ll support both B2C and B2B customers—handling product enquiries, processing orders, managing returns, and keeping everything running smoothly. You’ll use your language and translation skills daily and even take part in occasional industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer enquiries with care and expertise
  • Coordinate post-sale admin and order processing
  • Liaise with the warehouse and external sales teams
  • Use translation / copywriting skills to support content
  • Keep CRM systems up to date and organised

What You’ll Need

  • Fluent German and English (written & spoken)
  • Experience in customer service or admin
  • Strong MS Office and communication skills
  • A genuine interest in skincare and beauty
