Job description

7.5 TONNE DELIVERY DRIVER

WORKING 4 DAYS BETWEEN MONDAY - SATURDAY : 06.30 - 17.30

13.75 PER HOUR

People Solutions are currently recruiting for 7.5 Tonne Delivery Drivers to join our well-established client based in Livingston, West Lothian.

Day to Day Duties

  • Driving Category C1 vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Delivering and installing furniture in customer's homes
  • Conducting vehicle inspections
  • Working through a delivery schedule with the support of your crew mate
  • Work as part of a wider distribution centre team in helping to load and unload furniture onto vehicles
  • Providing an excellent service to our customers and encouraging their feedback
  • Making sure the team is safe by carrying out checks and driving safely
  • Heavy lifting and carrying involved

    • Essential Skills

  • Previous experience within a commercial driving role
  • Hold a valid UK Category C1 Driving Licence
  • Hold a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
