Capgemini is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in digital banking and agile delivery for a contract role based in Manchester, running until 31 / 12 / 2025.

You'll work on cutting-edge digital banking initiatives-helping define customer journeys, digital onboarding, payments, and self-service capabilities. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into actionable epics and user stories, supporting agile teams through delivery.

Rate : £330 / day (PAYE via umbrella)

Location : Manchester

Clearance : Must be eligible for BPSS

Tools : JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Figma

Knowledge : PSD2, GDPR, KYC / AML

Requirements :

5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in digital banking / fintech

Strong agile delivery knowledge (Scrum / Kanban / SAFe)

Excellent stakeholder and communication skills

Desirable : Agile or BCS certifications, experience with cloud-based banking platforms.
