Are you an experienced Building Services Engineer looking to take ownership of complex, multidisciplinary projects? We are seeking a passionate individual to lead the design and implementation of electrical and mechanical building services for high-profile developments across a range of sectors including healthcare, education, commercial, and transport.

You'll collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and wider project teams to ensure that innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

Work closely with clients to define detailed mechanical and electrical building services requirements and develop comprehensive reports reflecting their needs.

• Conduct Options Appraisals and present clear, justifiable recommendations for client sign-off.
• Manage and mentor internal engineers and graduates, ensuring technical excellence and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with architects, quantity surveyors, and structural / civil engineers to align project goals.
