We’re looking for a driven individual to join our SEO team, supporting our North American client base. In this role, you’ll work closely with both clients and our US SEO account team to resolve technical issues and identify growth opportunities. You’ll be part of the Global Web Experience Team, helping shape our technical SEO proposition in the US and supporting our New York office.
You should be comfortable working with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and translating technical requirements for developers. Strong project and client management skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Audit and review websites to identify obstacles, opportunities, and technical challenges - provide consultation on how to improve clients websites and usabilityDevelop and deliver technical roadmaps, scoping tasks, and estimating required hours for effective supportCreate clear, developer-friendly requirement documentation to ensure accurate implementationPromote and enforce best practices from Croud, W3C, and major search engines, ensuring client websites meet compliance and performance standards.Manage assigned projects through the Croudie Network, including writing detailed briefs and quality-checking returned workProactively stay up to date on emerging technologies and market trends to inform internal strategy, support internal growth, and improve operational efficiency.Liaise directly with client stakeholders to ensure that the technical strategy and technical requirements are clear and can be implemented up to a high standardProvide timely support for ad-hoc technical queries from clientsContribute to the enhancement of internal training materials and documentation, including Croud Academy resources.PERSON SPECIFICATION

Croud operates a hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days a week based in our Shrewsbury office and the remaining days from home if you wish.
