Workplace Manager

Job Description

As the Workplace Manager, you will lead the delivery of services including document services and mail distribution.

You’ll deploy, track, and measure solutions using advanced project management methods, while driving operational excellence across various workplace environments.

This is a key interface role - building strong relationships with client teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent service output and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and manage service delivery, SOPs, and project implementations
• Collaborate across leadership, commercial, IT, and vendor teams
• Introduce innovative solutions and manage pilot programs
• Support account growth through the delivery of Workplace Services
• Translate workplace strategy into actionable service delivery
