If you are enthusiastic, ambitious, and driven, we challenge you to join us as a Project Manager. We offer the opportunity to assist in the coordination and management of a varied portfolio of projects in a dynamic environment. You will plan, monitor and help manage projects requiring the design and manufacture of Closure equipment from initiation through to completion and delivery.

You will help manage projects in a manner that fulfils contractual and technical requirements, meets or exceeds customer expectations, and adheres to safety and ethical standards whilst achieving target business unit objectives and promoting Celeros Flow Technology’s reputation in the marketplace.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Interpret customer requirements and specifications in an accurate and timely manner and issue order acknowledgements
• Liaise with customers on matters of progress, specification, and resolution of issues
• Provide contract clarifications, interact between all parties involved
• Review the Handover checklist, ensure all project aspects and risks are understood and clarified ensuring correct data entered and maintained in planning document
• Maintain SAP system with regards to delivery dates
• Responsible for the On-time delivery of project milestones
• Attend meetings regarding schedule, specification, and execution
• Works to meet or pull in timeframes in original project plan
• Works in alignment with the defined Project management process and tools
• Ensure compliance of all documentation and packaging for domestic and international projects
• Support document control in submission / receipt of documents due to workload / absence
