Job Description
Parts Advisor - 1 Year Experience Required - Stoke- Permanent Role.
Salary : £27,000 PA plus monthly target-based bonus.
Monday to Friday 0800 - 1700 plus 4 hours 1 Saturday in every 3.
Silver Arrow require an experienced Parts Advisor to work for a commercial vehicle dealer in the Stoke area.
Your Role : n \n
- Greet customers at the parts counter or over the phone
- Identify the correct parts needed using vehicle registration or VIN.
- Offer advice on parts compatibility and alternatives.
- Process orders, returns or exchanges.
- Identifying, sourcing and supplying the correct parts for customer vehicles in a timely manner.
- Taking customer orders, processing them efficiently, and ensuring accurate record keeping of all transactions.
- Maintaining accurate records of parts inventory.
