Location : Bradford / Hybrid Working (a mix of office and home working)
Work type : Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday between the working window of 8 : 00am-6 : 00pm.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Engagement Advisor to join the People team at Yorkshire Water.

Where you fit in :
You will manage our proactive and reactive engagement strategy. You will also work closely with the Communications and Brand team to support with creating, managing and evaluating current engagement activities, as well as discover future opportunities to help improve our colleagues’ connection to where they work.
You will be our in-house expert and trusted advisor on engagement and work closely with the Engagement Lead to act as a coach and advisor to support senior leaders in the business to establish and grow engagement within their teams, creating resources they can use to support themselves. You will actively look outside the organisation for best practices and opportunities to improve our engagement levels.
A key part of the role will be managing, administering and communicating our Yorkshire Voice colleague engagement survey and then using the information provided to produce meaningful insights into how engaged our colleagues are. Then supporting the creation of a framework for the management of action plans across the organisation.

We embrace a flexible working model, where our hybrid setup typically requires an average of one day in the office per week. This could be slightly more when collaborative efforts, training or meeting deadlines demand it. For those who prefer to work on-site, our office is open Monday-Friday during working hours.
