28,645 to £33,700 plus benefits aligned to your home role (Work Level 6B)
Home-working with some travel to our Manchester city centre office, (e.g. to attend team meetings every 4-6 weeks)
Some limited travel to visit partner organisations across the UK
2 x 6-month fixed-term contracts available

We’re looking for motivated and curious individuals with an interest or background in grant making to join the Co-op Foundation as Funding Officers on 6-month fixed-term contracts.
In this role, you’ll form part of a team that designs and delivers a wide range of youth, environmental and social enterprise funding across the UK. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a collective of young people who support our decision making and to work with a range of incredible partner organisations. In this role, you’ll be a key member of the Foundation team, overseeing multiple key work areas in line with the delivery of our strategy. We’ll look to you to be involved across the work of the Foundation. You’ll play a key role in making sure that the Foundation’s strategy is translated into high-quality funding programmes on the ground : this’ll rely on you building strong partnerships with external organisations and internal stakeholders, so you’ll need to be an excellent communicator, relationship manager and collaborator.
