Senior Estimator

Are you an experienced Senior Estimator looking to move to a pivotal role within a company that values your expertise?

We are working with a company leading the way in social housing refurbishment who are looking to add a Senior Estimator to their team. You’ll play a pivotal role within the preconstruction team and ensure pricing is sharp, competitive, and aligned with the company’s uncompromising standards.

As Senior Estimator, duties will include the following :

• Leading the preparation of accurate, commercially sound cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Supporting the management of pre-construction processes across a range of public sector refurbishment and energy efficiency projects.
• Reviewing tender documentation and developing cost plans and methodologies.
• Working with internal stakeholders to identify risks, innovations, and value-engineering opportunities.
• Coordinating supplier and subcontractor pricing.
• Presenting tender strategies and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Helping mentor and develop junior team members.
