Our client is seeking a Conveyancing Executive to work closely with an experienced Partner in their growing Porthcawl office. Youll handle a varied caseload of residential property matters , with a steady stream of work generated through strong relationships with local estate agents.

What Youll Be Doing

• Managing a caseload of residential property transactions , including freehold, leasehold, remortgages, sales, and purchases .
• Providing a high level of client care and communication .
• Working closely with the Partner and wider team to ensure smooth and efficient case progression.
