We're looking for a dynamic Training & Treatment Manager to join our growing team — someone ready to inspire, support, and elevate both new and experienced therapists to reach their full potential.

What You'll Do :

Lead Training & Development

Dedicate Wednesdays to full-day training sessions — your time to shine, coach, and mentor.

Planning, preparation, and admin will be booked out to ensure training is impactful and aligned with team needs.

Deliver engaging sessions to apprentices and existing staff, supporting professional growth and progression.

Update and expand our protocol book and work alongside the Training & Development Programme to ensure quality and consistency.

Be an ambassador for excellence, instilling strong ethics and a culture of exceptional customer service.

Collaborate and Strategise

Be part of the managers’ meeting every Tuesday, discussing

Staff updates, training needs, and feedback

Business goals, performance figures, and monthly promotions

What’s working — and what needs a push forward

Participate in strategic planning meetings to shape the future of the business.

Help design and implement exciting offers and promotions across the year.

Deliver Exceptional Treatments

Perform a range of treatments, including nails, massage, facials, intimate waxing, brows, LVL, and more.

Get trained in advanced services like Dermapen, Geneo RF, CACI, and Comfort Zone — with the opportunity to become a brand ambassador and even a “Train the Trainer” with the brand.

Support & Structure

You'll work closely with our Clinic Team Leader, who supports training especially on the spa floor.

Be part of a well-rounded leadership team including two senior therapists, all committed to excellence.

Every other Saturday off (alternating with our Director)

No training during peak months (July, August, December) to ensure focus on client services
